ITEM: BROWN SUGAR

DESCRIPTION: Fine sugar crystals enrobed with a film of molasses. The molasses film gives brown sugar its characteristic color and flavor. The product has a soft, moist texture. WHITE SATIN Brown Sugar is Kosher approved and suitable for use in all applications requiring a brown sugar product.
